STUDENTS LIKE DOING THINGS! AN ACTIVE LEARNER IS A PRODUCTIVE LEARNER! Try these conversation cards! DIRECTIONS: Cut up the sheets so that each heart is separate. Put students into pairs with a pile of hearts each. Instruct pairs to read each statement and to state their opinion about it. Help students by providing them with the language they need for the discussion; such as: I COMPLETELY AGREE...I´M SORRY, BUT I DISAGREE.
